Yam popsicle 芋仔棒冰

I love yam alot, dessert like orr nee is my all time favourite.  

Today, I shall have some Yam popsicle 芋仔棒冰 as the weather became so hot and humid once again.  This weather is giving me constant migraine, really wish we are not so near the equator.


What you need:

300g yam, steamed
250g water
50g milk
50g coconut milk
200g brown sugar

20g Potato starch, (A little water to mix)

Method:

Combine all ingredients in A and using a blender, blend until smooth.

Pour into frying pan and add potato starch solution and cook until thickens.

Pour into ice cream mould and let it cool.

Freeze for 6 hours.
